Information Notice – Billing Issue Identified
Updates
We have identified a billing issue on the Soracom platform where usage charges were not applied correctly.
[Affected Services]
When using the following services via additional subscription plans on Soracom Air for Cellular (Global coverage):
- Soracom Beam
- Soracom Funnel
- Soracom Funk
- Soracom Harvest Data
- Soracom Orbit
Please note that customers using the above services on primary subscription plans or on Japan coverage subscription plans are not affected.

[Next Steps]
Starting from 2025-08-25, correct usage charges will be applied for the affected services. There will be no retroactive billing for uncharged usage to date.
