SORACOM Air for Cellular and SORACOM Arc will undergo maintenance on the following schedule.

Maintenance will be performed between 01:00 and 09:00 (UTC).
[Affected Services]
IoT SIMs in SORACOM Air for Cellular (Japan coverage) and virtual SIM/Subscriber in SORACOM Arc (Japan coverage) that meet the following conditions:
- Not using a VPG
- Have maintained an online session status for at least one month continuously
[Impact]
During the maintenance window, sessions of IoT SIMs and virtual SIM/Subscriber that meet the above criteria will be disconnected in sequence.
Cellular sessions of IoT SIMs may be dropped for a variety of reasons unrelated to this operation. Many devices will automatically reconnect when a session is dropped; if yours does not, please reboot the device or reconnect manually.
For Virtual SIMs/Subscribers, please perform a reconnection by following the steps described Resetting a Session.
Note that any sessions re-established before the maintenance window (for example, by manually disconnecting via the user console or rebooting the device) and no longer meeting the above criteria will not be subject to disconnection during maintenance.
