On 2023-12-01 between 00:00 and 10:30 UTC, we observed users receiving an error when creating new on-demand remote access with the TLS option enabled. The service started to recover around 04:30 UTC and fully recovered by 10:30 UTC.
The service is now operating normally. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
We have identified the cause of the issue where users received an error when creating new on-demand remote access with the TLS option enabled and implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring the status as the service is recovering, and will update this page once the service is fully restored.
