• ATOM アプリ (iOS): 起動しない
• ATOM アプリ (Android): クラウド録画の視聴やライセンス割り当てができない
• SoraCam API (https://users.soracom.io/ja-jp/tools/api/reference/#/SoraCam): 利用できない
• ソラカメ対応カメラ: イベント検知に失敗する。一部において、クラウド録画に失敗する

問題への対応とその経過観察が完了しており、現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

Between 2023-02-05 02:18 (UTC) and 2023-02-05 04:22 (UTC), we observed the following issues with Soracom Cloud Camera Services.

• ATOM App (iOS): Unable to launch
• ATOM App (Android): Unable to view cloud recordings or assign licenses
• SoraCam API (https://developers.soracom.io/en/api/#!/SoraCam): Not available
• Cameras for Soracom Cloud Camera Service: Event detection was not working. Cloud recording was partially not working.

The service has now recovered and is operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Soracom Cloud Camera Services において以下の問題が発生していましたが、対応が完了しました。

• ATOM アプリ (iOS): 起動しない
• ATOM アプリ (Android): クラウド録画の視聴やライセンス割り当てができない

• ソラカメ対応カメラ: イベント検知に失敗する。一部において、クラウド録画に失敗する
