• 特定地域向け IoT SIM (plan-D, plan-K, plan-DU, plan-KM1)

原因の対処とその経過観察は完了しており、現在は平常通りご利用いただけます。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

Our engineering team observed an elevated rate of connection and communication errors for Soracom IoT SIMs and Soracom IoT SIMs for Japan during the following time periods:

• From 2021-07-12 08:14 to 2021-07-12 08:17 (UTC)
• From 2021-07-12 08:38 to 2021-07-12 08:39 (UTC)

The affected subscriptions are as follows:

• Soracom IoT SIMs (plan01s, planP1, planX1, planX2) connecting to the Japan rendezvous point (other rendezvous points not affected)
• Soracom IoT SIM for Japan (plan-D, plan-DU, plan-K, plan-KM1)
