Requests to SORACOM Endorse endpoint were failing between 2019-06-09 20:00 UTC and 2019-06-09 21:01 UTC due to delay caused in TLS certificate update process. The issue has been resolved as of 21:01 UTC. The service is now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time.
