Air SIM Global Plan02の一部において通信に問題が発生していることが確認されております。現在、原因箇所は特定されており、ローミングキャリアと共に対応を進めております。このたびはご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ございません。
※日本向けAir SIM、Air SIM Global Plan01は平常どおりお使いいただけます。

We are experiencing a connectivity issue with a subset of Air SIMs using Global Plan02. We have identified the root cause as the link with our roaming partner and our engineering team is working to restore connectivity as soon as possible.

• Air SIM Japan and Air SIMs using Global Plan01 are operating normally.
